Version 2.3.2 Changes
- Includes newer version of Squeezelite-win (1.9.2-1165, this version
disables a certain non-working codec).
- Reverts a CEF shutdown change from 2.3.1 that did not seem to help
- Delays initial read of output devices, possible fix issue seen by
