I'd forgotten about the ciphers.

As to the screen, I use the custom clock as the screen saver, not the
initial playing screen.  If I need to use the Touch screen itself one
touch gets me back to the standard screen, but I almost always use the
remote or web control, so the buttons don't give me anything,  The
biggest issue for me was trying to cram in everything for classical
music.  I entirely agree that for other genres it's not so helpful.  I
need, composer, conductor, band/orchestra, and so on, and space is
limited.  I don't see the time bar on your image, but maybe you didn't
need to set that up since you don't really need my version. :)
