I’m currently trialing Tidal but it could equally be Qobuz or Deezer. 
That said there are 2 aspects of your skill that will work in different
ways for me. 1 is the voice control of “proper” LMS players all of which
can and will play FLAC. 2 is the creation of a new breed of player using
the Echo itself with stream.mp3

Type 2 usage is for me going to be in places where sound quality isn’t a
primary requirement eg my bathroom and not for serious listening. This
is where I’m likely to tell Alexa to stream a Random Seed favourite
which coupled with DSTM creates a sort of genre based radio. I think
this will work straight out of the box even with Tidal etc but have yet
to try it.
