I notice that the BBC iPlayer app is under Radio, could you go to the settings page for iPlayer and tick the box to "Show in My Apps" if it is unchecked. Click Apply and Restart. Open the LMS web gui in a browser (not Edge) Clear the browser cache and then refresh the page. The BBC iPlayer app should now be under "My Apps", maybe Spotify too. Do you use the free version of m2p or do you have a licence. I'll mimic your installation on a rpi2b. It might be a good idea to update your LMS to the latest available via m2p.
