This shows the LMS scan update status. It is only shown whilst LMS indicates an update in in progress, and should dissapear when finished. Looks like th eLMS scanner has an issue on your system. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
