Bug-fix release, changes:
- Fix colours for grid select buttons. - Fix emblems on large lists when using dark themes. - Revert to previous splitter library, as new one caused views to be recreated when switching desktop/mobile. - Modify splitter code to work better on touch devices. - Include artist image toggle in cache key. - Fix clipping of 'Fixed Volume' text. - Show 'Fixed Volume' text on mini-player. - Better grid size calculation. - Set min widths for browse and queue views for desktop layout. - If desktop queue view is too narrow, then move some actions into main menu - as happens for mobile layout. - Fix updating selection when use checkboxes. - Increase mini-player height to prevent clipping of cover. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
