Last time I tried to set the Squeezelite parameters for WASAPI hi-res according to @Ralphy's instructions, I changed the parameters within SLX>Settings>Application>Player, but SLX reset it to the default command line values each time I clicked apply. I then switched to ASIO4ALL and all is well (in sample rate at least; my DACs do not display bit depth).
