Ok, I've downloaded the zip file, and I placed it in:
/usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Plugins

cd /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Plugins
unzip lms-material-master.zip
sudo chown -R squeezeboxserver lms-material-master
sudo chmod u+rX lms-material-master

After restart, LMS recognizes Material Skin (vDEVELOPMENT), but it gives
the warning 'Plugin failed to load'. So clearly, there's something I am
neglecting to do.
