You do not need to use an extra repo link for the BBC Sounds plugin because it is now in the list of 3rd-party plugins that LMS collects automatically.
If you faced a problem and a potential fix was made available as a beta then you may well need to add that special repo back in. For the BBC iPlayer plugin (not BBC Sounds) use the repo listed in the first post of that thread (although it looks like it will be coming in the official 3rd-party list for LMS 8 users some time soon).
