fr-CA is the correct code for French Canada. The weather descriptions you see should be in French. SDT uses the date text directly from the LMS platform. I believe Custom Clock gets date information directly from the LMS platform as well and not from SDT. I do not know how to change the language of the date information in LMS. The language setting in the LMS does not have any affect.
