Unfortunately something odd is going on. In the past few weeks some requests coming from Spotty installations have gone crazy, some of them temporarily spiking at 30x the usual rate, almost tripling the overall daily request rate. Here's a chart with daily requests by endpoint. It's clear that the past two weeks have been crazy compared to four weeks ago... 32193 Therefore Spotify has started blocking the app. That's something which happens automatically and usually is temporary. What you can do is create your own "app" on Spotify. Go to https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard/applications and "Create an App". You'll then get a Client ID which you can copy/paste to the Spotty settings.
