Just to be clear, and Philippe also mentioned it, it's a two step
install process. You have to install the plugin (as you have shown in
your screen shots) but by default it is disabled. You then have to go to
LMS setting, the advanced tab, the reliable pull down, and tick the
"enable" box:

I only repeat this because it is so easy to miss, and you have not
explicitly shown that you did this. It is explained in the old podcast
thread that lead to Philippe creating reliable, but not in this
"announce" thread
