Yes and no ... there was inconsistencies in port management, so I've
made in a way that

1- if you don't specify anything, ports are random
2- you can specify the starting port in "Network binding and port" using
[ip][:port] - see info-bubble, but the syntax is that the [ip] is
optional, so if you just set ":45000" it will start at the base port
45000, indeed
3- if you force the use of LMS's detected interface, you can add port in
the appearing text field
