Back when, handling "back" was not easy and I was not able to get it to
work right (prevent getting to blank).  So I disabled the "back"
keyboard button, but never thought about a mouse equivalent, so you are
seeing what I was trying to prevent.  My Chromium Framework, I think,
may have some features now that makes it doable, but I just have not
revisited it again.  I'll put that in the queue to relook at.

I need to write code that lets me maintain and look at the "back" list
before allowing back to prevent going back to blank, which is the root
page, actually.  And, at the time, it was going to be too hard and I
never got back to it.
