I'm not an LMS developer (yet), but for this issue with NPR Radio plugin, is this simply a matter of updating https://github.com/LMS-Community/lms-plugin-repository/blob/master/extensions.xml, with maxTarget set to something correct? Like maxTarget="7.9", or whatever that may correctly be?
