To roll back PERL it made me first uninstall LMS, so I have - uninstalled LMS - uninstalled PERL - installed old version of PERL (and turned off auto-updates) - installed pinkdot's last version of LMS. That worked fine - LMS now running. BUT now my squeezebox touch is complaining that I don't have the latest version of LMS ....
