As I wrote I'm using 4.3 and indeed I compiled by myself for Buster from
the master... Because it started on a RPi3 I did not linked
Transcode/av-lib (performance reasons) and so far I never missed it. You
can find a similar Image and the buildinfo here:

Big advantage of TVH 4.3 - you don't need "IP-alias" to get support for
more than one tuner
