saved electricity? Maybe better reliability as there is possible sd card
corruption with RPi (not sure If pCP runs lms from RAM too or only
squeezelite)
. One extra free port on router /switch (assuming you want lms on wired
lan)?
Maybe easier backup? (no idea about backing up pCP config - most likely
it's there too)

I wasn't trying to be sarcastic. Seriously nothing significant I can
think of.

On other hand.

Your NAS is quite powerful but for some lower spec NAS devices moving
LMS to RPi 4 will definitely give better performance.

.. Ohh there was actually one thing I was happy about when moving from
pinkdot's image to docker. (I know nothing to do with RPi)
Pinkdot package had access to all NAS folders.. It was based on trust is
not creating weak security spot for NAS. With docker there is extra
isolation and only music library exposed to LMS.. Probably no big deal
but I was previously bit uneasy with that.
Yet again this applies to RPi which you give only limited NAS access.

If your NAS is able to and indeed does hibernate then probably better to
stick to RPi LMS...
I run virtual Dsm on mine so hibernation is not possible and lms makes
no difference.

3x Squeezebox Touch, 4x Squeezebox Radio, Squeezelite (RPi 3B with
HiFiBerry DAC+Pro on OSMC), Material Skin Apk, Squeeze Commander,
Logitech Media Server Version: 8.2.0 with Material Skin (Docker in
DS218+)
