Now it is for a different reason. It has (probably) downloaded and installed (check the dates of the files in InstalledPlugins/Plugins/CommunityFirmware ) but the install.xml still has version 0.2 in and LMS can see that there is a 0.3 available so it thinks an update is still needed.
