Yes I tried to go back to some old v of LMS but the old versions did not work with the Q-plugin anymore either. Though I did not make a "clean" install of the old versions so cannot say if that had done the trick.
This very likely has nothing to do with LMS or the Qobuz plugin, but must be something on Qobuz' end.
