I have searched for and followed all the advice that I think is
available, including reauthenticating, creating developer account and
entering client ID, waiting an hour, checking "Disable asynchronous
token refresh call.", etc. Any & all further help appreciated.
After all these tests, where are you now? What settings are you using?
Can you provide more log information with the current state?
