That looks very much like andybjackson's issue. I guess you both have your own client ID, thus access to Spotify's developer tools? Could you please head over to https://developer.spotify.com/console/get-featured-playlists/?country=&locale=×tamp=&limit=&offset=, hit the "Get Token" button, enter country code (GB) and locale (en_GB), then "Try It". Would that work?
