My account is indeed Premium, albeit a family one. I have authenticated
using my username & my email address along with my password (which I
have changed between attempts). I have also updated the app to
authenticate.

What did you think of the country potential problem (US vs. GB)? And
might it help to capital the cache, Inn which case how should i do that?
