You're running SlimServer 6.5 right? You could try wiping your Sirius prefs and see if that helps.
Stop slimserver. Edit /server/slimserver.pref in a text editor. Search for "sirius" and manually delete each line for each of the preferences. Save file. Restart SlimServer Re-enter your Sirius info (user/pw/etc).
