As far as I can tell, it's complaining about the CAPTCHA being incorrect. The debugging is attached (split in two files the CAPTCHA stuff at the end of the first). I have a year subscription (expires 5/08) that came with my car, so believe that's a regular paid subscription. Thanks for all your help!
