I'm 99% sure this is the reason. Can use use an SQLite UI (e.g. SQLiteBrowser) to look for that track in LMS's library.db file. Should be in the 'tracks' table. When you find it, can you post the URL entry for this here. *Material debug:* 1. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
