The plugin is getting a valid URL but for some reason the player is not able to access the stream. Are you able to play any "NON" Sirius Internet streams? I'd check your router configuration to see if there's something prohibiting the player (not server) from accessing the Internet. If that doesn't work and you're on a Windows or have mplayer installed you can try disabling the built-in wma playback.
