Thanks. Next problem - ImpulsePrep gives me the following in prep.log:
Processing left measurement (Left.wav)... Right channel seems to be the sweep Index was outside the bounds of the array. at ImpulsePrep.Program.Deconvolve(String infile, Double& maxval, Complex[]& impulseFFT, Int32& peakpos, Boolean& isInverted) at ImpulsePrep.Program.Main(String[] args) And checking in Audacity, the right channel (ie bottom), is the line input (ie the flatter looking graph). But the Index error looks more worrying.
