Are you refering to the "Now Playing" menu ? The Add button works as you describe in the "Now Playing" menu, but in the browse menus add+hold should be connected to insert instead. Do you really need the insert and Cut/Paste functionality or are you just interested to ha a way to move up tracks in the current playlist so they are played directly after current playing track ?
