OK, I think I see what you mean. If I go to my LastFM overview page, I see Recently Listened Tracks. These only include tracks played from my local Library or streamed from LastFM stations.
If I, however, click on the edit/see more link, then I get my entire list of tracks after a small delay. It is possible that the tracks I played on Pandora got scrobbled to this list but not the other. My Pandora and LastFM stations yield similar results, so its hard to be 100% certain which station I was listenting to a few hours back. But I think you are right. Not very intuitive if you ask me! But I guess it is as it is. Sorry for the bother, and thanks for all your trouble.
