If yes...given that they're now calling it SqueezeCenter, maybe try putting it in: /user/Library/SqueezeCenter/Plugins/SiriusRadio It's odd that it'd appear in Extras and not no where else. You can also try starting up the plugin in debugging mode and see if it offers any clues.
