The most common cause of this problem is the "-bandwidth 10000000" option to mplayer in the custom-convert.conf file. This "bandwidth" affects "Listen Again" in all cases and only in a very small number are live stations affected.
If the live stations play OK but "listen again" stop - then it very very likely the "bandwidth" option and you need to re-check the change. Double check that the "bandwidth" is not in the custom-convert.conf file. If necessary edit using Wordpad the conf file.
