Actually, I never use AlienBBC to listen to stations live, only to Listen Again. I have just tried Radio 4 live and the same thing happens: the stream reconnects after ~1 minute.
I can confirm that there is no "bandwidth" option in the custom-convert.conf file and, just to be sure, I've re-booted the server and re-run the experiment to ensure it's picking up the new settings. So, since this is happening on a live stream is there something else I should be looking at, maybe a debug switch I could use to find out more?
