Yeah, that doesn't look right. Is there a file called Settings.pm under Plugins/SuperDateTime? The lack of such a file could result in no Settings button being shown.
Otherwise, maybe it's a mac thing? Although what it is I can't imagine since this stuff is pretty much platform independent and you're clearly loading the plugin.
