I just got this email too. How do they know that it is being used on a wired/wireless device? I was going to change my profile to "desktop" rather than "other", but I don't see how that will help. "Other" doesn't mean "wireless".
And if it is a desktop app (i.e. not a webpage), how do they expect to validate that the presentation is correct? I'm just going to let it ride and see what happens. It almost seems like some sort of scare tactic - in the email it says you "may or may not be in compliance with the terms". I guess it all depends on how the programmatic validation works and if the squeezebox plugin will pass it. Technically, I guess it shouldn't pass, but can they make that determination programatically?
