Thanks for this wonderfully simple solution. You also have to ensure that there are no spaces at the end of the string. This prevented it from working for me the first time. This implies that it isn't the enforcement of policy by TWC has messed up this plugin, but the fact that they added a new parameter to the interface. In light of this, does it make sense to redirect the plugin to use another weather service? Personally, I'd rather stick with something that has been working for me for a long time.
