You have a number of issues in this post - I think the SC setup on TS-109 would be best answered in a separate thread as it has nothing to do waveinput.
Waveinput plugin is a Windows only plugin and it is for use only PC which are running Windows *and* has SC installed. There is not point installing the Waveinput on TS-109 because 1. TS-109 does not run windows. 2. TS-109 does not have audio hardware. On a general point - how to stream the PC audio from a Windows laptop - use something like Windows Media Encoder or icecast. This can be used to generate a HTTP/WMA stream which is "Played" by SC which is running on TS-109. Such a stream will have a delay of about 1-2 secs from the PC audio duw to encdoing & streaming. Installing SC in a TS-109 is a separate thread - but do a search as it has been done before.
