The following is a simpler check (The actual name of the wavin2cmd command may not be exactly right as I can't check at the moment) .
Check Settings / Player / Audio - Bitrate Limiting is set to "No Limit" Check Settings / Advanced/ File Types. - make sure in FLAC that Flac is set to "Native" and Wav is set to "Flac". - make sure in Wave input that Flac is set to "wavin2cmd/flac" and Wav is set to "wavin2cmd" are enabled. - Make sure in WAV that Flac is set to "Flac" and Wav is set to "native".
