I expect you have, as I was delighted to listen to the Federer/Nadal epic yesterday on Five Live. Consider following bpa's suggestions above. I stopped Squeezecenter, deleted the old "Alien" file in Plugins, cleared out my Firefox cache, deleted the Squeezecenter Cache file (in XP Pro this is located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SqueezeCenter\Cache). I then reinstalled the Alien directory and contents from the zipped 2.01 beta file in Plugins, turned off the pita settings in McAfee and restarted Squeezecenter. The scan went through and Alien worked fine.
