Could you repeat it? Can you describe your setup and what happened in a bit more detail? Probably some sort of issue with SqueezeCenter itself, as all Synchronizer does is say "sync" or "unsync". Synchronizer apparently doesn't play well with SyncOptions. Not sure why, but there seem to be issues.
