If you open the standard menus in the header/footer items configuration page, is the "Library" parameter set to "nonclassical" (or whatever your library is called) ?
If it is, try clicking on the "Refresh" link at the bottom of any Custom Browse browse menu page in the web interface. If that doesn't work, try to restart SqueezeCenter. It might also be that your libraries isn't defined correctly.
