No one has reported problems like this before. Do you have other
plugins
working in the same directory where you unzipped PowerSave?

Go to advanced->logging and turn on "Save logging settings for use at
next application restart" and then set plugin.powersave to "debug" and
server.plugins to "debug". Restart your server and send the log via
the
forum or email and I'll take a look.
