I think there is something broken in your install. I installed OpenSuse 11, installed the rpm version of SqueezeCenter version 7.2. Then I downloaded and installed PowerSave.zip:
$ cd /var/lib/squeezecenter/Plugins $ sudo unzip ~/Desktop/PowerSave-7.0r1.zip After restarting SqueezeCenter, the plugin loaded normally: [08-09-17 00:53:45.8875] Slim::Utils::PluginManager::enablePlugins (432) Enabling plugin: [Plugins::PowerSave::Plugin] [08-09-17 00:53:45.8994] Slim::Utils::PluginManager::enablePlugins (501) Adding HTML directory: [/usr/share/squeezecenter/Plugins/PowerSave/HTML] And I was able to use it normally using a SoftSqueeze player. I'd try installing another plugin, if that one doesn't work either, it's almost definitely a problem in your squeezecenter install or the way you are installing the plugins. That's about all the advice I can offer right now. -- jth ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jth's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=48 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=52668 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
