When testing use a "Listen Again" program and not a live stream such as "The Archer" on Radio 4.
Set the Settings/Advanced/Network/Radio Station Timeout to something like 20. Do you see "Connecting" on the display ? Does the elapsed time counter increment after it has connected but is silent ?
