This post announces CDplayer 1.04.

This update of CDplayer has a few bug fixes and some functionality
added.
CDplayer plugin 1.04 only works for 7.1 onwards.

*CDplayer 1.04 does NOT work on 7.0*.

Fixes & Changes:
* Support for 7.3.
* Support for CDs with CD-Text
* Display CDDB "inexact" matches if there are no "exact" match
records.
* Fix for inability to display "raw" CD contents using SB remote - this
fix
requires SC 7.2.1.
* Updated pref support to meet SC requirement - required from 7.1
onwards.
* bug fix - can handle Windows installed on non C: drives.

Installation as per the post 1 instructions. Links to the files for the
different OS are given below.

If you are upgrading from CDplayer 1.03, after installation of plugin
and before starting SC - you should delete the old cdplayer preferences
kept in prefs/plugin/cdplayer.pref

When installing on Unbuntu or other Debian based distribution the
icedax package provides a compatible version of the cdda2wav
application. In fact cdda2wav is just a symlink to icedax. icedax is a
fork from the cdda2wav code tree so it is not exactly the same as the
original cdda2wav.

If there is no icedax / cdda2wav package for your distribution, then
you should also check the cdrkit package which usually also contains
icedax/cdda2wav.
