1. Yes, I'm sure. 2. Created an empty file in Terminal with the touch command. This makes yet another plain text file. Tried to make it executable with the chmod a+x command, and it stays as a plain text file. What am I doing wrong? Or is there a peculiar OSX thing I'm not doing right? I'm stumped again.
