If that's also the rule for configuration/administration pages, the following of my plugins shouldn't be included since they use synchronous HTTP requests from the setting pages or during scanning: Custom Browse (from settings pages when downloading published configuration) Multi Library (from settings pages when downloading published configuration) TrackStat (during scanning when using MusicIP integration) SQL PlayList (from settings pages when downloading published configuration) Database Query (from settings pages when downloading published configuration) Custom Scan (during scanning when using LastFM or Amazon scanning modules) I've no plan to change the synchronous HTTP requests in the above plugins since they only happens during configuration or scanning, the reason is that it would require bigger changes than what I'm prepared to do at the moment. Title Switcher only works if MusicInfoSCR is installed, will that also be a problem ? I suppose it could be confusing for users that tries to install it and haven't installed MusicInfoSCR. Ideally, there should be a way for a plugin to specify that it requires another plugin in the repository xml but I don't think that's possible today.
