Muso does it's own album aggregation, it doesn't try to import the album collection from SC. This was basically because I didn't like the way SC aggregated albums sometimes! I seem to remember if an album was split over multiple directories it was split into several albums in SC, and there seemed to be other instances where I got duplicates too.
