Maybe you’re right … In the latter part of the process I see Perl not using that much CPU anymore but mysqld working like hell – eats about 35-45% CPU but somehow blocks the whole SC system. Refreshing the scan status screen is »loading« the page until the scan is finished, actually.
I wonder if poor mySQL has to handle Cartesian products here, due to the complexity of stuff?
