I find that whenever I use pause on a listen again I nearly always end up back at the start of the program. When unpausing it seems to carry on playing for a while then it jsut flips back the start of the whole program. I think that the time it continues playing relate to the duration of the pause (not really measured). I had the same issue when I used Alien as well.
